We are proud to announce that our new PLNT Crab Cakes have been awarded the “Top Innovation” at the “Anuga taste Innovation Show” 2023!
And actually no surprise to us. Our Crab Cakes are developed with the finest plant-based ingredients. They are based on wheat protein. To get the best fishy flavour, we use ingredients like seaweed and different herbs and spices. The Crab Cakes are incredibly delicious and a healthier alternative to fish. They are not only high in protein but also contain different vitamins, are low in saturated fat, a source of fibre, and to top it all off: the Crab Cakes are also a source of omega-3. A true successor to fish in terms of health and taste!
The products of PLNT are produced in sustainably. They are completely GMO- and palm oil-free. So it’s also environmentally friendly and better for the planet! That’s why it’s not surprising, but still a great honor, that we have won this prize.
