Various shelf-life systems are possible. We always carry out extensive shelf-life tests to achieve the highest possible shelf life, without impacting the product’s flavour profile.

6. Pre-cooked and/or ready-to-(h)eat

We can also post-pasteurise products, making them ready-to(h)eat. Pre-cooked products are also possible.

7. Private label or brand

Our products are available under one of our brands or as a private label. We gladly think along with you and offer various packaging solutions.

3D Extrusion Technology™

A large part of our product range consists of fibrous structures. These fibrous structures can be used in salads, pasta, stir-fry dishes, as a pizza topping, sandwich filler and in ready-made meals. We realise these fibrous structures by using our innovative 3D Extrusion Technology™.

Sustainable ingredients

Sustainability is our top priority. Therefore, we source our ingredients from Europe as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. For example, our peas come from Denmark, and our soy from Austria. There it is grown using hydropower energy. As a result, 85% of the energy used during production can be renewed.

We also have an organic range, made from organically grown ingredients. We are SKAL certified. This way you are assured that the ingredients are organic.
